Mental Health Weekly Classes

Chinese-American Sunshine House  (CSH) provides a broad range of topics that educate Chinese immigrants on how to improve their mental health well-being. All participants are encouraged to share their concerns and issues. Our facilitator can adjust topics and arrange different activities based on the participants’ needs.


The following are some topics/examples:

  • Anxiety
  • Post-traumatic Stress Disorders
  • Anger Management
  • Spousal Communication Skills
  • Adapating to American Life
  • Stress Management
  • ADHD


The classes are FREE and are held by licensed mental health professionals in the Mandarin language.  A series is comprised of once a week class for 10 weeks and there are 2 series offered each year. 2020 Spring Series will be held from March 6 to May 8, every Friday from 12:05PM to 12:50PM.  Contact us to sign up for the class.

The Spring Series is held from March to May and the Fall Series is held from October to December at 6304 5th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11220.
